Order Processing & Production
All items in our store are made to order. This allows us to reduce waste and create products specifically for you while supporting our nonprofit mission.
Processing time:

Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days

This includes printing, quality checks, and packaging

Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Times
After production is complete, orders are shipped via standard shipping.
Estimated shipping times:

United States: 3–5 business days

Total estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days from order date
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods. Once an order leaves our production partner, shipping is handled by the carrier and is outside of our direct control.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our items are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

Color or style preference

Items ordered by mistake
We strongly encourage reviewing size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we are happy to help.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local carrier or neighbors.
If your package appears lost in transit, contact us and we will work with our shipping partner to investigate and resolve the issue.
